This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and MuslimDarlings.com.

To register and sign up for a membership on this site, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.  If in the country where you reside requires you to be older than 18, you certify that you are of proper age to legally sign up to our services by registering for a membership and by posting a personal ad or photos.
II.    Our Service

We provide an online information service that facilitates contact between members who may or may not be in search of friendship, love or romantic relationship. 

III.    Online Conduct

By your registration, you take sole responsibility for the materials or information you display on your profile or transmit to other members of the site.

You further agree that as a registered member of www.MuslimDarlings.com , you will not use the site or its services to:

  1. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any and all application laws and regulations;

  2. Upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit or post links to any personal profile information such as telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, e-mail addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, or any confidential information of any third person;

  3. Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;

  4. Upload, post, e-mail, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any member or user name or e-mail address, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of private or public rights,  hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

  5. Upload, post e-mail or otherwise transmit or post links to any photographs or other images containing nudity or such other personal information.   Muslimdarlings.com reserves the right, but has the obligation, to reject any profile or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions;

  6. Impersonate any person or entity;

  7. Use the website for your personal and exclusive use only;

  8. Give only truthful responses to the questions asked in the online membership Sign Up Registration Form;

  9. Attempt to solicit or soliciting any money from any member of Muslimdarlings.com is prohibited and any one found or reported will be barred from the use of the site and will be tag as SCAMMER;

  10. Harass any person by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to stop any form of communications;

  11. Engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service;

  12. Upload, post, e-mail otherwise transmit, or post links to any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid scheme”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;

  13. Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent;

  14. Upload, post, e-mail, otherwise transmits or post links to any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or to diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the Products and Services of Muslimdarlings.com.

  15. Employ misleading e-mail addresses or falsify information in the header, footer, return path, or any part of any communication, including e-mails, transmitted through the Services.
  16. “Frame” or “mirror” any part of the Site without prior written authorization.  You also shall not use metatags or code or other devices containing any reference to Muslimdarlings.com or the Service of the site in order to direct any other website for any purpose.

  17. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You are responsible for you own privacy and any information you make available through this site.

  18. You are aware that this site is not responsible for the online conversations expressed by the users of this site and does not necessarily agree with any content posted on this site.

Moreover any violation by any member of the online conduct set forth herein allows www.MuslimDarlings.com to remove or discontinue your site membership.
 

IV.      Message Modification or Deletion

 

As a registered member you understand that www.MuslimDarlings.com does not screen or monitor all messages sent through their messaging system.  However MuslimDarlings.com reserves the right to modify or delete messages that are judged to be inappropriate, offensive, obscene, profane, slanderous, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal, attempt to solicit money from any members or those with unauthorized commercial content.

 

V.       Membership

               1. JOINING OUR SITE IS FREE.
 

          However MuslimDarlings.com adapted a STAR RATINGPROGRAM to categorize members where 5.5 being the highest category.  The higher your star rating the bigger the chances of getting more attention and better opportunity for having real interaction with people. 2.   MuslimDarlings.com is not responsible for any damage to any person, arising in any manner out of the use of this service.   Member assumes all risk and or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site.

3.  MuslimDarlings.com does not monitor or control the use of its site by the member.  As such it is the member’s sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws and that MuslimDarlings.com is free from any liability for the actions of any of its members.

4.   MuslimDarlings.com does not warrant the risks of dealing with internet users, particularly those that are based in other countries, underage persons under false pretence or those with criminal intent.

5.   MuslimDarlings.com made it clear that user authentication on the internet is extremely difficult and accordingly can not and does not confirm that a particular member or user is who he or she claims to be.  Therefore all members are advised to be extremely careful in dealing with MuslimDarlings.com website.
 

VII.       Conditions of Warranty
 

MuslimDarlings.com provides the service on an “as is” basis and gives no warranties of any kind with respect to the service provided by the site.  It also does not guarantee that the use of the site will be fully secured, uninterrupted and always available or error-free.
 

VIII.     Indemnity and Waiver of Rights
 

As a MuslimDarlings.com member I declare the company together with its officers and employees harmless and free from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses including but not limited to all legal costs and legal fees arising from the member’s use or participation in this site or of the information contained thereof.

 By joining the site, I have waived all my rights to:

A.       All photos/pictures, materials and writings and other information I voluntarily submitted to www.MuslimDarlings.com site as a consequence of my membership membership and as such these materials I voluntarily upload to the site becomes the property of the site;

B.      Modify and/or delete a portion or all of my profiles that are considered to be inappropriate or for any other reasons deem proper and legal;

C.     Use my public information together with the photo/s and post it in my members’ profile gallery available for search. 
 

Furthermore, I give full permission and released www.MuslimDarlings.com of any liability should there be any, in the use of my pictures/photos and other materials for promotional purpose, including but not limited to business and marketing campaign ad.   

I further understand that should I decide to discontinue my membership with www.muslimdarlings.com for any reason at all, I only have the option to TURN OFF my profile or request to be turned off.  However, www.muslimdarlings.com is under no obligation to completely delete my record from their database as I understand and agree that I have already waived my right to recover whatever photos/materials I have uploaded to www.MuslimDarlings.com website as an incident to my voluntary membership.   I understand that the purpose of retention is for legal purposes only that may serve the company best.

I attest to the best of my ability that the above conditions are clear to me and I waive my right of recourse against www.MuslimDarlings.com for any damage, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential that I may suffer as a result of the use of the materials I voluntary submitted.
 

IX.    General Provisions
 

I, of legal enter into this membership agreement with muslimdarlings.com in my own free and voluntary act and deed.  And I accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (TCU) of the site without reservation.   With my acceptance, I am obliged to abide by the site’s policies in place or such other changes in the future.   Violation of the specific Terms and Conditions of Use of the site that may jeopardize the effectiveness of site’s online services may cause the suspension or cancellation and/or termination of my membership.

I understand that any or all disputes arising out or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of United States. And the venue for any action to enforce, interpret or otherwise in dealing with these terms and condition or any rights arising from the use of the site shall be in the US.

Should any provisions of this Agreement becomes invalid or declared no longer effective, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect unless revised or revoked.  Amendments if any shall be posted in the site and becomes effective upon posting.
